About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Superdry. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  4. Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer service.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement changes as needed.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  5. Passion for the Superdry brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
