About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Forensic Directorate at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care to patients with complex needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring effective governance and high-performance standards are in place.
  • Identify clinical need, prioritize, and deploy resources within budgetary parameters.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, carers, relatives, other professionals, and the public.
  • Ensure that clinical supervision is used to reflect upon and modify own and others' practice.
  • Contribute to the development of local, trust, specialist, and national policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months in a Clinical Charge Nurse Role or Deputy role.
  • Current, valid first-level registration with the Nurses & Midwives Council or equivalent professional body.
  • Working towards attaining the European Computer Driving License qualification (Module 2).
