About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Forensic Directorate at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with trust policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
  • Provide education and training to staff on clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of clinical policies and procedures
