About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Forensic Directorate at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality patient care and collaborating with other disciplines to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a proactive working environment for care delivery, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Support the rotation of staff to different wards for skill acquisition and well-being, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Encourage a positive patient experience, fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and carers.
Main Duties

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading nurses, ensuring effective governance, and upholding high performance standards. You will work closely with the senior nursing team to manage the operational aspects of the service 24/7, maintaining high-performance standards and articulating a clear vision for the ward.

  • Minimum of 18 months in Clinical Charge Nurse Role/Deputy role.
