About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Forensic Directorate at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care to patients, while also supporting the development of our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and ensure effective governance and high-performance standards.
  • Facilitate a proactive working environment for care delivery, supporting rotation of staff to different wards for skill acquisition and well-being.
  • Encourage a positive patient experience and foster teamwork and good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Utilize clinical supervision for self and team development, maintaining practice within legal and ethical boundaries.
  • Hold a valid registration with the Nurses & Midwives Council or equivalent body and work towards acquiring the European Computer Driving License qualification.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months in Clinical Charge Nurse Role/Deputy role.
  • Professional registration.
