LEAD PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT

Dove and Hawk is collaborating with a prestigious agency renowned for its expertise in the sale and rental of luxury properties in central London. We are seeking a Lead Property Sales Consultant to enhance our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a polished sales professional with over 2 years of experience in the London property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally registering clients and responding to online inquiries
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings for potential buyers
  • Delivering comprehensive feedback to property owners post-viewing
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing sales to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties
  • Fostering strong relationships with property owners, prospective sellers, buyers, and team members
  • Completing necessary documentation to facilitate a seamless sales process
  • Managing the sales journey from agreement to completion

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a sales consultant in the property sector
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well-spoken and professionally presented
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus
  • Proficient in IT and property management software

Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from £18,000 to £25,000, with an OTE of £60,000 plus a car allowance.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, with alternate Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
