Reeds Rains is seeking a dedicated Property Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our estate agency team. This role is available on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Property Sales Consultant at Reeds Rains, you will benefit from:

Competitive earnings ranging from £30,000 to £33,000 on target earnings (OTE) annually A guaranteed commission for the initial three months of your employment Performance-based commission and bonus incentives Unlimited earning potential along with recognition for top performers A day off in lieu for any Saturday worked Comprehensive professional training Clear career progression and development opportunities

In your role as a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions Registering clients and conducting property matches Organizing and leading property viewings Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers Enhancing branch revenue by assisting clients with additional services such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance Providing outstanding customer service consistently

While industry experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, you must demonstrate a history of achieving sales targets and possess the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.

A valid UK driving license is required.

This branch operates independently under Move South Ltd, as part of a franchise agreement, and is affiliated with the national network of Your Move and Reeds Rains branches.
