About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers and initiate contact through phone calls, emails, or other methods to arrange online demonstrations that showcase the value of our services.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to record activity, conversations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Produce accurate and robust forecasting of your appointment pipeline to ensure timely delivery of sales targets.
  • Support to Account Executives: Collaborate closely with our Account Executives to provide qualified first appointments to achieve new business revenue for monthly subscriptions and services.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to understand the size of the opportunity and produce targeted campaigns within your vertical sector.
  • Task Management: Manage an average of 500+ outstanding tasks on an ongoing basis to ensure timely completion of sales activities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers and stakeholders.
  • High Energy and Enthusiasm: A high level of energy and enthusiasm in day-to-day work, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize a large number of activities and tasks daily, with a focus on prioritization and time management.
  • Collaborative Approach: A collaborative approach to working with other team members, with a focus on building strong relationships and achieving shared goals.
  • Effective Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
