About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers and initiate contact through phone calls, emails, or other methods to arrange online demonstrations.
  • Account Management: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to record activity, conversations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Produce accurate and robust forecasting of your appointment pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand the size of the opportunity and develop targeted campaigns within your vertical sector.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • High energy and enthusiasm in day-to-day work, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to organize a large number of activities and tasks daily, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative approach to working with other team members, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Effective time management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
