As a Care Support Specialist, your role will involve assisting with daily living activities and encouraging residents to engage in various activities both within the facility and in the wider community. Key Responsibilities of the Care Support Specialist

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the health, independence, dignity, rights, safety, and overall welfare of residents at all times, representing the company professionally.
  • Support the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.
  • Work cohesively with your team members.
  • Provide personal care to clients, fostering independence while respecting their dignity.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly records and documentation as required.
  • Adhere to residents' care plans, risk assessments, and guidelines consistently.
