Your primary objective will be to enhance the customer journey and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers, offering expert advice and customized recommendations based on their needs.
  • Meet and surpass sales goals by actively promoting products and suggesting additional purchases.
  • Handle the cash register, process transactions accurately, and manage customer payments.
  • Uphold the store's visual presentation through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and managing products.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with promotional activities and sales initiatives to enhance store performance.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth store operations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
