Role Overview:

Are you enthusiastic about retail and customer engagement? As a Sales Associate at 8Bits, you will be a key player in ensuring our store runs efficiently. Your duties will encompass assisting customers, overseeing inventory, and upholding the store's aesthetic appeal. Your contribution is vital in providing outstanding service and aiding our team in reaching store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their purchases, offering friendly and informed service.
  • Manage the cash register, process transactions accurately, and operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Uphold the store's visual standards through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and arranging merchandise.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Assist in sales initiatives and promotional activities to enhance store performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient store operation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer interactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
