**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Order Management Professional to join our team at Johnson Controls. As an Internal Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing orders, coordinating transportation, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and issue quotes to clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Obtain quotes from vendors, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals.
  • Receive and process client orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage product and service requisitions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate transportation of goods to/from UK and European calibration facilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Contribute to monthly forecasts, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our supply chain.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in sales administration, with a strong understanding of order management processes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word & Outlook), with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional team members.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and cross-functional team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
