Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate at 8Bits, you will play a vital role in our team, assisting customers, maintaining the sales area, and supporting daily functions. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring our customers enjoy a rewarding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their purchases, delivering friendly and knowledgeable service.
  • Ensure the sales area is visually appealing through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
  • Provide customers with information regarding products, promotions, and in-store events.
  • Manage the cash register, accurately processing transactions and overseeing point-of-sale systems.
  • Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and organizing merchandise.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales initiatives and promotional activities to enhance store performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales, returns, and customer interactions.
