Role Overview:

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our store. Your duties will encompass assisting customers, overseeing inventory, and upholding the store's presentation. Your contributions are vital in providing exceptional service and aiding our team in meeting store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their purchases, offering friendly and informed service.
  • Manage the cash register, process transactions accurately, and operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Uphold the store's visual standards through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and arranging merchandise.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Assist in sales initiatives and promotional activities to enhance store performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate a smooth and efficient store operation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer interactions.
