Role Overview:

Are you passionate about retail and engaging with customers? As a Shop Floor Associate at 8Bits, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping atmosphere, assisting customers, and maintaining product displays. Your contributions will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon entering the store and assist them in locating products.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and recommendations to aid customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shop floor.
  • Design and uphold attractive product displays to enhance the store's visual appeal.
  • Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves.
  • Accurately process transactions at the checkout, managing cash and card payments.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals and enhancing overall store performance.
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
