Role: Account Executive

Department/Team: Paid Social

Objective of the Role

We are looking for a driven and skilled Account Executive to become a vital part of our Paid Social team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing and executing social media advertising initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving exceptional outcomes. This position requires close collaboration with the Account Manager and other team members to support our retail clients in the apparel and home goods industries.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain robust client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Prepare for and engage in client meetings, including developing agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist the Account Manager in comprehending client objectives and translating them into actionable media strategies.

Media Planning and Buying:

  • Work alongside the media planning team to create and execute media strategies that align with client goals.
  • Aid in the formulation of media plans, flowcharts, and purchasing schedules.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing regular updates and suggestions for improvement.

Campaign Execution:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, analytics) to ensure effective execution of media campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to guarantee projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Oversee the trafficking and implementation of media purchases across various platforms.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Compile campaign performance reports, utilizing data to provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage media expenditures to ensure alignment with client budgets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to bolster client strategies.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain precise and organized documentation of all client communications, plans, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing client billing and financial reconciliations.
  • Address any additional administrative tasks as required to support the account team.
