Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis. As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our clients' social media presence and developing strategies to increase their online engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve our clients' goals
  • Manage and maintain our clients' social media profiles, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute social media campaigns, including creating content, managing budgets, and tracking results
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our clients' social media presence
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proven track record of success in managing social media campaigns and achieving client goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
