Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Systems Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a CRM Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the functionality of our CRM system, customising it to meet our unique business needs, managing user access, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and providing top-notch technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the functionality of our CRM system and customise it to meet our business needs
- Manage user access and ensure that all users have the necessary permissions and access to the system
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to help us make informed business decisions
- Provide top-notch technical support to our team members
- Analyse data to provide insights into our business operations and productivity
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the commercial operation, challenges, and objectives of our business
- Experience in providing system administration support for CRM systems, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and profiles
- Proven track record of creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
- Skilled in analysing data to provide insights into business operations, effectiveness, and productivity
- At least 2+ years of experience in CRM administration, preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or BigChange
