MTrec’s New Opportunity
Our client is a successful and established business based in Blaydon. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The job you will be doing
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
* Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, covering all group communications
* Managing the reception area
* Handling daily administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling meets and distributing correspondence
* Maintaining security by following procedures, managing the digital visitor system and issuing visitor badges
* Supporting departments with clerical duties as needed, including preparing documents, document scanning and maintaining records
* Coordinating mail flow in and out of the office
* Handling deliveries to the reception
About You
* Previous experience as a receptionist or similar front office role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
* Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
* Experience with an ERP/MRP or CRM is advantageous
* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
