**Job Advertisement: Temporary Receptionist (2.5 Weeks Cover)**
**Position**: Receptionist (Temporary Cover)

**Duration**: 2.5 Weeks (Covering Staff Leave)
**Working Hours**: 7.5 Hours per Day (1-hour unpaid break)
**Hourly Rate**: £11.44
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Manage phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently for various tasks
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in an office setting, ideally corporate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid DBS check
**Shift Details**:
- Work 7.5 hours per day with a one-hour unpaid break
- Flexible to cover shifts as needed
**Compensation**:
- £11.44 per hour
