**Job Summary**:
We are on the lookout for a friendly Front of House Receptionist to work Part-Time alongside one of our already experienced receptionists.

This will be contracted to a Monday, Tuesday and 1x Sunday per month (21.5hrs per week avg), with the potential for more hours of cover in busier times and as holiday cover which would be discussed prior.

**Duties include**:

- Meet and Greet our lovely clients and customers
- Using our booking system to book and amend clients appointments
- Cash handling, including cashing up duties
- Opening and closing of the business
- The ability to upsell treatments and retail products (Training Provided)
- Keeping up general cleanliness of the reception area
- General reception/admin tasks such as photocopying, filing, using basic IT systems

**What we need from you**:

- An enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude
- Be helpful and empathetic towards clients
- Positive communication and body language
- Friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Be nicely presented
- Willingness to further train in retail knowledge and further computer systems such as photoshop
- But most of all be yourself and enjoy working as part of our fantastic team
