Weekend Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This is a part-time position that requires working on Saturdays and Sundays.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Check in and check out visitors
- Take and Assist with party enquiries and bookings
- Set up new customer accounts
- Maintain Fire List and Print in the event of an emergency
- Cover weekday receptionists holiday and sick leave
Qualifications/skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Confident with Microsoft word
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Friendly disposition
- Training will be provided for in house software
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £7.96-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
