This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday - Friday, fully office based.
**The Role**
As a Receptionist, you will need to provide effective, efficient reception support to visitors.
Your main duties will include:

- Provide a professional first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries
- Maintaining the Offices Services Helpdesk
- Connecting calls to the appropriate staff and if unavailable offering to leave a message or direct to another member of the team
- Ensuring information is relayed to the appropriate member of staff in a timely manner
- Ensuring visitors use the sign-in sheet and providing them with visitor passes
- Recording meeting requests onto Outlook
- Ordering catering requirements
- Keeping records of staff absences and sending them to the HR department

**The Person**
Our client is looking for a Receptionist with a professional manner, who is keen to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Experience as a Receptionist
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong IT skills
- GCSE or equivalent level of education
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
- A keen sense to develop and obtain qualifications as required
- Adaptable to new situations and systems
