Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and clients entering our prestigious office spaces. Your warm and professional demeanour will set the tone for their experience, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for.

- Assisting with check-ins, appointments, and inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating any necessary arrangements.
- Maintaining the reception area's appearance and ambiance to create a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborating with various teams to address employee needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Providing general administrative support to the office as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements: To succeed as a Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator, you should possess:

- 3 years reception, facilities or customer services for a blue chip organisation
- A proactive and approachable attitude.
- Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment.
- Degree or collage educated or equivalent.

Additional information;
Reception/Desk work accounts for approximately 30% of the time

Walking/inspecting/engaging with colleagues/hosting accounts for 70% of the time

Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
