We are working with a leading recruitment agency, Perfect Hire Global Recruitment, to find an experienced Accounts and Payroll Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities
- Weekly payroll processing for a team of 30 staff members
- Inputting purchase orders and invoices on a daily basis
- Reconciling purchase statements to ensure accuracy
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintaining stock products and prices
- Analyzing monthly credit card statements
- Processing month-end payments through the Bankline system
- Ensuring fleet maintenance and repairs are up to date
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with Sage Accounts and Sage payroll is desirable but not essential
- An analytical and methodical approach to work is necessary
- Good verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume administration role is beneficial
- Knowledge of double-entry booking is advantageous
