We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Perfect Hire Global Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the business by providing administrative support to the Finance Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Process weekly payroll for 30 staff members
- Input purchase orders and invoices daily
- Reconcile purchase statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain stock products and prices
- Analyze monthly credit card statements
- Process month-end payments through our Bankline system
- Ensure fleet maintenance and repairs/mileage sheets are up-to-date
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with Sage Accounts and Sage payroll is desirable
- An analytical, methodical, and thorough approach to work is essential
- Good verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume administration role is beneficial
- Double entry booking knowledge is advantageous
