Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a reputable rehabilitation service based in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

About the Role:
  • Undertake initial assessments for service users to determine the appropriate level of care, working under the direction of the Consultant Psychiatrist and in collaboration with the ward team.
  • Lead and participate in learning activities, clinical supervision, and governance activities, ensuring timely completion of contracted hours.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless clinical cover, including participation in an on-call rota.
  • Support the delivery of physical health care and emergency treatment to service users.
  • Contribute to phlebotomy services and undertake risk assessments and observation level adjustments in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
  • Registered Non-Medical Prescriber qualification.
  • Desirable to have completed an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner Training Course or Clinical Skills development course.
