Exciting Opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our reputable rehabilitation service in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake initial assessments for service users and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the ward team to ensure delivery of effective care pathways.
  • Participate in leadership and learning activities, as well as clinical supervision.
  • Contribute to Clinical Governance activities and account for contracted hours utilized in research, clinical audit, and Continuing Professional Development.
  • Support the service in delivering physical health care and emergency treatment to service users.
  • Share responsibility for providing phlebotomy services with other members of the clinical team.
  • Undertake risk assessments and adjust service user observation levels in conjunction with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Desirable to have completed an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner Training Course or a Clinical Skills development course.
