Job Opportunity: Advanced Clinical Practitioner

An exciting new role has arisen for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our reputable rehabilitation service in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, renowned for their innovative approach to addiction and eating disorder treatment.

About the Role
  • Undertake initial assessments for service users to determine the appropriate level of care, working under the direction of the Consultant Psychiatrist.
  • Lead and participate in learning activities, clinical supervision, and Clinical Governance activities.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure service users have access to clinical cover at all times, including participation in an on-call rota.
  • Support the delivery of physical health care and emergency treatment to service users.
  • Share responsibility for providing phlebotomy services with other members of the clinical team.
  • Undertake risk assessments and adjust service user observation levels in conjunction with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Desirable to have completed an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner Training Course or a Clinical Skills development course.
