Key Responsibilities:
  • **Evaluate Prototypes:** Assess and evaluate prototype parts and assemblies to provide feedback for assembly procedure and design improvement.
  • **Define Assembly Procedures:** Develop and define assembly procedures and tooling to ensure efficient and compliant production.
  • **Improve Manufacturing Processes:** Analyze and improve production processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient manufacturing.
  • **Support Critical Infrastructure:** Contribute to the development and delivery of products supporting critical global infrastructure.
  • **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • **Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Engineering Degree:** A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Engineering is required.
  • **Technical Experience:** Proven experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is essential.
  • **Organised and Methodical Approach:** A methodical and organised approach to problem-solving is required.
  • **Regulated Environment:** Experience working in a highly regulated engineering environment is necessary.
  • **Knowledge of Industry Standards:** Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO9001/TL9000, Lean, and Six Sigma is required.
