Job Title: Front of House Representative

Dr. David Jack's Clinics is a leading aesthetic doctor and skincare brand with a strong presence in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Representative to excel in a dynamic and supportive working environment.

About the Role:
  • Represent the brand to the highest quality and offer impeccable customer service to all clients.
  • Provide a personalized and luxury experience for every client throughout their journey.
  • Work within the core hours of 8am - 8pm and every second Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and offer refreshments upon arrival/whilst they wait.
  • Ensure exceptional, luxury service is delivered at all times, owning the patient journey from initial contact to follow-up with the client post-appointment.
  • Collaborate with practitioners to maintain an efficient, punctual, and communicative working environment.
  • Manage schedules, administration, and ensure optimal bookings.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner, upholding the tone of the Dr. David Jack brand.
  • Manage petty cash, daily accounting, banking, and issue client invoices.
  • Support doctors and aestheticians with ad hoc duties and ensure they have necessary equipment, consumables, and products.
  • Manage stock, monitor collections and deliveries, and update the stock count in the CRM system.
  • Support on business development, marketing, and clinic events.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with sensitive and confidential information with an excellent understanding of client privacy and data protection policies.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the aesthetics industry and skincare.
  • Confident skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Mac, Google Workspace, and previous use of CRM systems.
