We are looking for a committed Patient Coordinator to assist patients throughout their ophthalmic experience, from initial contact to follow-up care. In our modern clinic, your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring all patient requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service and sales
- Self-driven with excellent organizational abilities
- Capability to manage high-pressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with ophthalmic procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone inquiries and assisting patients during their visits
- Coordinating appointments and maintaining patient records
- Providing detailed information about clinic services to clients
- Ensuring a welcoming and supportive clinic atmosphere
- Achieving monthly performance targets and KPIs
The clinic operates six days a week, Monday to Saturday, which may require occasional Saturday shifts and late hours.
This position is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975, necessitating a Disclosure submission to the Disclosure and Barring Service for any prior criminal convictions.
