Acting as a strategic scientific collaborator, this position involves working alongside various field colleagues to support healthcare systems, thereby strengthening patient access and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, nurture, and personalize enduring professional relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, medical experts, researchers, and opinion leaders in significant institutions.
  • Deliver expert medical education to healthcare stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making in treatment centers.
  • The ideal candidate is expected to dedicate approximately 80% of their time to field activities, including preparation, stakeholder visits, and data dissemination.
  • Collaborate with health systems to identify external medical insights and key unmet needs to enhance patient access and outcomes.
  • Support the clinical trial process in partnership with research colleagues, including site recommendations and managing investigator relationships.
  • Respond to inquiries from stakeholders by providing timely and compliant information regarding marketed and pipeline products.
  • Identify and communicate external medical insights and opportunities for data generation to improve patient access and outcomes.
  • Map external stakeholders in alignment with medical strategy and collaborate with colleagues to create personalized engagement strategies.
  • Utilize digital channels for effective and personalized outreach, in addition to leading impactful scientific events and educational exchanges.
  • Apply foundational principles of scientific engagement in stakeholder interactions aligned with medical strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic internal partner, utilizing medical intelligence to contribute to patient journey mapping and integrated evidence generation plans.
  • Utilize expertise in the therapeutic area to act as a medical and scientific resource for field colleagues.
  • Engage in mentoring and training for colleagues, lead significant projects, and represent the team in meetings.
  • Manage personal and professional development effectively.
  • Ensure timely management of administrative responsibilities, including compliance training and expense reporting.
