**Job Title:** Clinical Liaison

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Optical Express. As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations
  • Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
  • Introducing patients to their optometrist
  • Scheduling treatment dates
  • Discussing finance options
  • Accurately maintaining patient records
