Job Description

Lifelancer seeks a highly skilled Global Clinical Trials Liaison to support the success of our neurology franchise. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials at investigative sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide local and relational support to investigative sites for global clinical trials.
  • Interface with sites as a local TrialOps representative, providing expertise on clinical trial protocols and patient pathways.
  • Engage with local sites, KOLs, and networks to build relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Contribute to site feasibility and selection strategies, collaborating with the Clinical Trial Team and CRO.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and collaborate with the GloSaM group as needed.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges impacting patient recruitment and trial conduct.
  • Work closely with patient groups and support organizations, understanding their voice and preferences.
  • Participate in monitoring oversight activities and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Closely collaborate with Medical Affairs colleagues to ensure optimal synergies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field, or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in biotech/pharma, preferably in site engagement and/or clinical trial monitoring.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience in global clinical trials and prior experience in neurology, auto-immune, and rare diseases are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Lifelancer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
