Are you a driven professional with a commitment to providing exceptional patient support?

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Coordinator to assist patients throughout their ophthalmic experience, from initial contact to follow-up care. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring all patient requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service and sales
  • Self-driven with strong time management abilities
  • Capable of managing high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in clerical and administrative duties
  • Familiarity with ophthalmic procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone inquiries and assisting patients during their visits
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
  • Providing clients with information about clinic services
  • Fostering a supportive clinic atmosphere
  • Achieving monthly targets and KPIs


The clinic operates six days a week, Monday to Saturday, which may require occasional Saturday shifts and late finishes.

This position is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975, necessitating a Disclosure submission to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any prior criminal convictions.
