We are looking for a dedicated Patient Services Coordinator to assist patients throughout their ophthalmic experience, from initial contact to follow-up care. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring all patient requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing healthcare role

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to patient inquiries and guiding them through their appointments
