Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Leader plays a crucial role in assisting the Service Manager, the individuals we serve, and the teams in crafting, delivering, sustaining, and enhancing outstanding person-centered support packages. This position involves supervising care staff, including some fieldwork, executing various tasks such as evaluating and reviewing individual services, and providing practical oversight, guidance, and support to care staff. You will conduct established audits and quality assessments, as well as complete Service User Risk Evaluations.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an effective, organized, and seasoned Care Coordinator with a strong commitment to delivering excellence in community care. You should excel in managing your schedules to the highest standards and take pride in fostering relationships with your care team. Experience in drafting support plans and conducting risk evaluations is also required.
