Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the Service Manager, supporting both the individuals we serve and our teams in crafting, executing, sustaining, and enhancing outstanding person-centered support services. This position involves overseeing care staff, which includes some fieldwork, performing various tasks such as evaluating and reviewing individual services, and providing practical guidance, training, and support to care staff.

Additionally, you will conduct scheduled audits and quality assessments, as well as complete Service User Risk Evaluations.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a skilled, organized, and seasoned Care Coordinator who is dedicated to delivering excellence in community care. You should excel at managing your schedules with precision and take pride in fostering strong relationships with your care team. Experience in drafting support plans and conducting risk evaluations is also required.
