Supervisor Front of House

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Front of House to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of quality control, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and control stock inventory, analyze consumption, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety rules and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase sales, and drive profit growth.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Front of House.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform other duties as designated by Operations Manager due to business demands.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as Supervisor/Duty Manager within the Food Industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in guest service management.
  • Extensive guest care knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Financial management skills.
