We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic Quality Control team at GK Search. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Perform qualitative and quantitative inspections of raw materials, components, and machine assemblies in compliance with ATEX standards.
- Conduct final inspection testing, such as leak and continuity tests, to ensure all products meet our rigorous standards before sign-off.
- Participate in internal ISO audits and assist with vendor assessments for new suppliers.
- Manage non-conformance reports and execute root cause analyses using methods such as fishbone diagrams and the 5 Whys.
- Ensure all customer and supplier quality documentation, including Certificates of Conformity and Test Certificates, are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during production and QC meetings to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in quality control or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present reports clearly.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and an understanding of quality management systems would be beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and obtain qualifications in internal auditing.
