Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the Service Manager and collaborating with the teams to create, implement, and sustain outstanding person-centered support services. This position involves managing care staff, including some fieldwork, executing various tasks such as evaluating and reviewing individual service provisions, and providing practical guidance, training, and support to care staff. You will also conduct scheduled audits and quality assessments, along with completing Service User Risk Evaluations.

Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate will be an effective, organized, and seasoned Care Coordinator, dedicated to delivering top-tier community care. You should excel in managing schedules with precision and take pride in fostering strong relationships with your care team. Experience in drafting support plans and conducting risk evaluations is essential.
