Your Role in Enchanting the World with Chocolate

In this position, you will assist the technical team in advancing the Quality agenda and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
This Fixed Term Contract is ideal for a graduate with prior experience or an individual with relevant experience seeking a short-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Technical and Quality Assurance Manager to manage technical aspects within the organization, engaging with the Supply Chain team to drive improvements.
- Assist the technical team in approving artworks for the UK and ROI markets and managing the associated database.
- Update ingredient, allergen, and suitability information in Salsify for new products and modifications.
- Ensure that product-related information on the company website is accurate and current.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical data inquiries and questionnaires from various business teams.
- Manage the documentation database, including HFSS, Private Attestations files, and other technical documents for existing products, ensuring they are updated and communicated effectively.
- Support the technical team during initial productions and trials.
- Aid in maintaining and reviewing technical documentation for Lindt Retail stores with food service operations.
- Oversee the product library for seasonal copack first production samples.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Food Science or Food Technology.
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ideally, prior experience in artwork approval.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organized, and capable of independently driving initiatives while effectively collaborating with a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in multitasking within a dynamic environment and possess problem-solving abilities.
