About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Insights Analyst to join our team at Supply Chain Coordination Limited. As a Digital Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights to optimize our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize web analytics tools to effectively track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of user behaviors and segments to gain insights into customer touchpoints and opportunities for performance optimization.
  • Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports to support decision-making, strategic planning, and track KPI performance.
  • Develop dashboards and communicate key findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster productive working relationships with product and content owners to advance web analytics event tagging, ensuring effective measurement of site traffic and behavioral activity from direct and indirect sources.
  • Provide guidance to team members on interpreting analytics data through the creation of knowledge-sharing and training opportunities.
