Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and warmly welcome guests and staff
  • Promptly inform hosts of guest arrivals
  • Ensure smooth service across reception areas
  • Efficiently address client and visitor inquiries
  • Conduct thorough checks of floors and meeting spaces
  • Support event planning and execution
  • Uphold high standards in the reception area
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
