We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Front Office Coordinator to become a vital part of our Reception Team at our Head Office. This part-time permanent role is an excellent chance to demonstrate your outstanding customer service abilities in a vibrant corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and warmly welcome guests and staff
- Promptly inform hosts of guest arrivals
- Ensure smooth service across reception areas
- Efficiently address client and visitor inquiries
- Conduct thorough checks of floors and meeting spaces
- Support event planning and execution
- Uphold high standards in the reception area
- Collaborate effectively with various departments
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Maintain composure under pressure while fostering teamwork
- Motivated, dedicated, and adaptable
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
