We are seeking a diligent, engaging, and highly organized Front Office Coordinator, preferably with a background in professional services, to become part of a prestigious company located in a prominent office.

As a member of a vibrant Front of House team, this multifaceted role will appeal to individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, as it encompasses more than traditional reception duties. You will frequently participate in coordinating corporate events (both internally and externally), oversee all meeting arrangements, and handle various administrative responsibilities as needed.

This is a lively, fast-paced workplace with a supportive team, situated in a remarkable location.

The organization is providing a competitive salary of up to £35k along with an attractive benefits package that includes a discretionary bonus.

This is an office-based position, operating Monday to Friday; standard hours are Mon-Thurs 9am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 4pm, although some flexibility in working hours may be necessary.

Key responsibilities as the Front Office Coordinator will include:
