Position Title: Application Support Analyst

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional office visits

Compensation: £30,000 - £35,000

Role Summary

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting clients on a daily basis. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication via phone and email, and meticulous attention to detail in resolving client support issues.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Project deployment
  • Client training
  • Upgrading existing client systems
  • Installing new client systems

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in software support and bespoke applications
  • Strong client management abilities and a commitment to service excellence
  • Proven track record in providing client training
  • Networking knowledge and familiarity with 3-tier architecture
  • Understanding of APIs and Web Services Support
  • Good scripting capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Experience in navigating business and organizational changes in complex environments
  • Familiarity with Service Desk tools such as Jira Service Desk or Service Now
  • Experience with Citrix and remote server management
