We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve application performance
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on software application usage and optimization
- Maintain a deep understanding of our software applications and stay up-to-date with new features and technologies
- Work with incident ticketing systems to track and resolve technical issues
- Meet service level agreements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience working with SQL and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in incident ticketing systems and service level agreements
