We're seeking a talented engineer to join our diverse and growing Platform Technologies Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Hero: Resolve complex issues and escalations for our technological client users.
- Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
- Client Advocate: Advocate for the client by providing feedback and suggesting improvements to the platform and development teams.
- Knowledge-Sharing: Play a key role in knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiatives.
Technical Requirements:
- Technical Problem Solving: Work on and resolve technical issues reported by both internal and external users.
- Customer Focus: Maintain accurate case records and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Understand our platform, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting practices to tackle complex situations.
- In-Depth Knowledge: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to platform upgrades, cloning, databases, reporting, AI, scripting, development tools, plugins, and applications.
- Communication Skills: Manage client expectations and effectively communicate solutions to complex technical problems (written and verbal).
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's in Computer Science (or a related technical degree) or 1+ years of relevant technical support experience.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages like Java.
- Understanding of web application components.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell).
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
